Use of the BOrganised Website is subject to the following terms and conditions. In line with the Trade Practices Act 1974 and State Fair Trading legislation, we pledge to ensure that:

  • the goods supplied correspond with the description of the goods;
  • the goods supplied are of merchantable quality and fit for purpose; and
  • that any services subsequently supplied to the goods are rendered with due care and skill.

In an instance where any of the above implied conditions are not met, we will:

  • offer to exchange the goods;
  • offer you a refund,
  • within a reasonable period of time, when you can provide proof of purchase, that is, your receipt.

All returned merchandise must be unused and should be returned in original packaging to ensure protection whilst in transit. Please use a reliable method of postage as we are not responsible for any items that go missing or become damaged in transit.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Occasionally, we may sell out of an item you have ordered before your order has been processed. We aim not to charge your payment method until your order is guaranteed, in the unlikely event that you are charged and we cannot provide the goods, we will refund your payment immediately. This can take up to three working days to appear on your statement.

Whilst we aim to ensure the information contained on the Website is correct, BOrganised makes no warranty as to the accuracy, of any products on the Website.

We accept no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage caused by you or any third party, by the Website or the products sold on it including without limitation, loss or damage suffered as a result of negligence.

Faulty Merchandise

In the event of a fault being discovered by you, please email us or phone 03 94882050 as soon as possible. We cannot accept returns on faulty items prior to the item being assessed via email, telephone or in store.

Any problems that have developed after the goods have had a fair amount of use will not be accepted as faulty. In such an event that this is deemed to be the case, you will be notified and the items returned to you, (you may be required to cover postage costs).

If the goods are deemed to be faulty, your credit card will be refunded for the total cost of the transaction (including initial and subsequent postage costs). When purchasing goods online at Beorganised.com.au , you agree to the above terms and conditions. BOrganised reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please ensure that you are aware of this information before you make your purchase.

Important Information

Please be advised that all orders are subject to stock availability. In the instance we do not have the item you requested in stock, we will refund your payment immediately. This may take up to three days to appear on your statement. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Force majeure

We are not liable for any breach of our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control including strikes of our own employees.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Australia. This agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby expressly excluded.
